HALPRIN FOUNTAINS WALKING TOUR
Come join the South Portland and Halprin Fountains Walking Tour 07/27/2022 through 08/24/2022 10:00 to 12:00 PM. Learn about the city's first urban renewal project and how it irreparably changed the physical, social and cultural landscape of the neighborhood south of the Keller Auditorium. Along the way, you'll explore the Portland Open Space Sequence, a series of fountains designed by Lawrence Halprin and Associates between 1965 and 1970 that are now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
